Negotiation guru, Arto Baghdaian, joined Arshakyan Law Firm in the fall of 2015 as director of the personal injury department. Mr. Baghdaian graduated law school in 2001, and has since has been director and chief financial officer of several civil litigation and criminal defense firms. With over 13 years of experience Mr. Bagdaian brings an enormous amount of knowledge and experience to Arshakyan Law Firm.

Mr. Baghdaian approaches every case individually. From the beginning to end, Mr. Baghdaian works with the client and firm members to help gather all necessary components, in order to present the case to the insurance companies and/or to the litigation department. During his career Mr. Bagdaian has worked with the firm attorneys to settle tens of thousands of cases.

Keeping in mind the clients goals, Mr. Baghdaian uses his unique voice, and creative negotiation style in creating a memorable experience with many insurance adjusters.
